I listen to a lot of TAL, and I'm not sure if you've all had the pleasure... 

this american life - episode 361

This episode is about sleep, and the lack thereof.  Act one is about a man whose body's lack of dopamine caused him to sleepwalk, and act out his dreams.  Fascinating.

Bat For Lashes

I love this video.  Kind of Lily Allen meets Donnie Darko. 



When I first saw it, I focused on the guy second from the right, and thought he'd fall off the bike while he clapped. 

Then they all did that jump trick; I suppose maybe he can ride no handsies.

Last night, we met Joe, the bass player for This Is My Suitcase. He told a story about overhearing a kid critiquing their show, who said 'I saw them open for Fallout Boy and they sucked.' Gotta love a guy who can tell a very funny (if self-depricating) story to a bunch of people he just met. Their music is poppy and fun, and defnitely doesn't suck. :)
